Job purpose

  • Cash and bank transaction operation
  • Declare all kinds of taxes
  • Maintain AP/AR internal and external, and other files
  • Issue invoice according to delivery information, make vouchers
  • Implement the site's procedures and documents as applicable
  • Annual declaration and company information updating
  • Initiative to achieve company objectives

Areas of responsibility

  • Be responsible of daily expenses reimbursement, check strictly invoice and reimbursement documents, ensure the original documents are legal and effective
  • Be charge of cash and safe box, ensure that the cash and bank accounts same as the amount in ERP system, physical check cash every month
  • Ensure payment on time and correctly, monitor AP and be charge of AP age table
  • Monitor AR collection, communicate with customers and solve the problem of overdue invoices, make AR age table
  • Be charge of all kinds of paper or procedure documents of payments with bank
  • Declare all kinds of taxes, statistical statments and annual final CIT on time and correctly.
  • Buy and issue invoice on time, declare input VAT on time
  • Accurately complete all kinds of vouchers and accounting to report schedule.
  • Complete all kinds of reports such as exchange rate loss or income, other AP/AR, dept expense file, etc.
  • Complete internal AP/AR reports
  • Annual renew of certificates and updating if need
  • Support audit
  • Monitor the process of selling chips, calculate the scrap income amount, issue invoice and get payment
  • Physical count on fixed assets or inventory
  • Others


  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • Certificate of intermediate accountant is preferred
  • At least 2 years experiences of cashier and accounting in a WOFE company
  • Teamwork
  • Professional ethic is foundation
  • Familiar PRC GAAP
  • Familiar tax declaration and knowledge of VAT, CIT and so on
  • Familiar Microsoft and ERP system
  • English skill: writing and reading is required
